THE TEAM The team of Lessman Racing, Inc. will challenge the Wheel-Driven Land Speed Record at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. The Streamliner must exceed 463 miles per hour in order to set the new record. The Lessman Racing Streamliner is a state-of-the-art vehicle that combines aerospace technology, the reliability of proven race engine fabrication, and the power of natural gas. The streamliner was designed and fabricated by Riley & Scott, Inc. under the direction of premier race car designer Bob Riley (www.rileyscott.com).
